Bacon Wrapped Scallops on the Grill

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 wild-caught East Coast Sea Scallops
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 2 pre-soaked skewers

Directions:

Lay your bacon strips out onto a baking sheet, and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

While your bacon bakes, take your thawed scallops and pat dry them to remove moisture.

After 20 minutes, remove your bacon from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Once your bacon has cooled enough to handle, wrap your scallops in the bacon and skewer them.

Transfer to your grill and grill at 350° for 4-5 minutes before flipping. Grill for a final 4-5 minutes before removing and serving.
