Rockfish Rice Bowl

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups prepared white rice
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
  • 1 rockfish fillet, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon of your preferred seasoning (we used the Drunken Butcher’s Moneymaker Meat Rub)

Directions:

Heat your olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

While your olive oil heats up, cube your rockfish.

Add your cubed rockfish to the hot oil and fry from 3-4 minutes before flipping. Fry for another 3-4 minutes or until done, and remove from the heat.

Add some of your pre-cooked white rice to a bowl and top with cooked rockfish. (Drizzle with remaining olive oil from the bottom of the pan for extra flavor!)

Looking for even MORE flavor? Drizzle your rice bowl with coconut aminos! Yum!
