If you are not satisfied with any of your seafood upon delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of you receiving your Wild Alaskan Seafood Box. If you are not home at the time of your delivery, our dry ice will allow for the seafood to remain frozen for up to 8 hours. Wild Alaskan Seafood Box is not responsible for the seafood beyond the 8 hour window.
We do ask for pictures and documentation of any damaged product before a refund or replacement is issued.
If you are unhappy with any of the seafood you have received in your Wild Alaskan Seafood Box, you can return your seafood within a 30 day window through contacting email@example.com. We will give you instruction for returning the product. Only products unopen and in the original packaging will be accepted during returns. Once product is received via Wild Alaskan Seafood Box and product is accepted, refund will be issued.
If at anytime your delivery address changes or if you know you will not be home for a delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
